Missions
The dedicated IRC team consists of 2 people. The nationalities are Dutch and Belgian, One based in Rotterdam (the Netherlands) and one in Brussels (Belgium) . Strong interactions with local site teams in Belgium and the Netherlands will be required as well as with local and external experts.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Main mission
Boosting the Process Maturity for compliance and environmental legislation by implementing the, in 2022 newly, designed compliance tracking tool. Supporting the Operations with their Gap assessment and Action plan construction.
Interaction with the different local site teams in Belgium and the Netherlands for the follow up of their compliance tracking
Provide training on the proposed solution
Good follow up on the progress of the completion of the tracking tool incl. the creation/upgrading of the required Dashboard
Assist the local site teams when they have question around their compliance by linking them to the right experts

Willing to visit on regular base the different sites in Belgium and the Netherlands
Education
Minimum Bachelor chemistry, process engineering, environmental or relevant studies
Experience
None or up to 1-2 years of work experience
Language requirements
English - mandatory
French is also a plus
